No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your baby, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open heart!

Katie is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor who creates space for students to learn and grow in their practice. In this case, she cultivates a space where parents and caregivers can connect with their little ones. As a parent herself, Katie understands the joys and challenges of early parenthood and brings a compassionate, nurturing approach to every class. With 8 years of yoga teaching experience and a focus on mindful movement, Katie's Baby and Me Yoga classes are designed to promote bonding, relaxation, and a sense of community, leaving you feeling refreshed and connected.

This class meets on four Wednesdays from 8 to 9 a.m., Feb 5, 12, 19, 26. The $35 fee is the total for all four classes!
