DIY Fidget Toys
with Olivia Stull
$20
Learn how simple hands-on tools can support focus, improve concentration, and relieve stress. In this interactive workshop, participants will create several fidget tools using inexpensive and widely available materials.
Participants will be introduced to five different low-cost fidget designs and learn how each type supports different sensory and focus needs. After guided demonstrations, participants will choose several fidgets to build using provided materials. Options include an origami infinity flip fidget, infinity dice cube, begleri rope, balloon stress ball, and nuts-and-bolts spinner.
Participants will leave with practical tools they can use immediately, along with ideas for making or sourcing additional fidgets at low cost. No prior crafting experience is required. All materials will be provided.
