Homemade Lemon Curd

Spread the joy with homemade lemon curd topped with meringue kisses! Students will learn the art of preparing delicious homemade lemon curd and meringue kisses which can be used on shortbread cookies, puff pastry shells, on meringue cookies, in between cakes or by the spoonfull.
Lyvier Conss has over 20 years of experience working with confectionery delights. She has mastered the essential skills of the trade, including tempering, dipping, molding, decorating and sculpting, and creating recipes to incorporate into truffles, bonbons and cakes. She is always taking new baking and confectionery courses to improve her knowledge of preparing the sweets of the world, and loves sharing her recipes and techniques with others.
